I recently installed two PIAA 80 Racing rallye lights with some custom designed brackets and light stays I crafted up. Yes, it looks like they are “Hella Rallye 3000’s” but, I bought some Hella plastic covers at work, cut them down to fit and mounted these over the PIAA covers. I like the German labeled graphics better on a MINI Cooper R53. (more…)

Fast Swede wins in difficult conditions on the Hockenheim ring before Nico Bastian and Fredrik Lestrup.
Hockenheim. A renewed success for the team’s first race weekend of the GIGAMOT MINI Challenge 2010 season on the Hockenheim ring. In difficult conditions on wet track Daniel Haglöf secured (Borlänge/S) his ninth overall victory in the popular club sport series. “It was a start-finish victory, but still a very tough race. After the start I was able to control the field in the middle of the race the drivers were behind me, but close. Start the MINI CHALLENGE in its seventh season.
Calendar published and the beginning of the ticket sales.
New online presences on Facebook and MINI.de.
The countdown is exactly one month, then the lights of the MINI Challenge turn green again. On 10th April (Hockenheimring, Stuttgart) marks the start of a new season, the seventh for the popular club sport series.

The official result of yesterday’s Race 3 – 6th Scoring run of the MINI CHALLENGE in 2009, and the updated total stands (driver and team scoring).
From the race were all incidents at the start of the race yesterday and during the subsequent phase of the Rennabbruchs (Red Flag) was analyzed. As a result, there was scoring shifts towards the actual target passage, which also impacts on the Fahrer-/Teamwertung standings. (more…)

The Swede was quick from the pole position into the race, and throughout he held back all the pursuers behind him. “I’m mega-happy! With a renewed success for the team GIGAMOT they win the first MINI CHALLENGE race weekend of the season in 2009. In early summer temperatures at the Hockenheimring Daniel Haglöf (Borlänge / S) secured the second victory in the second race of the season and leads in the overall standings with 60 points sovereign. Daniel Haglöf wins first race of the MINI CHALLENGE the 2009 Exciting rain race at the Hockenheim Ring ends with Double victory for the team GIGAMOT.
Munich / Hockenheim. The first winner of the new MINI CHALLENGE Season is Daniel Haglöf (Borlänge / S, GIGAMOT). In an exciting race on the Hockenheimring he finally succeeded until the last Race laps to anchor at the top, as he’s Teammate Hendrik Vieth (Filsum, GIGAMOT) could happen. “I am very satisfied.
